Changes to Hematology CBC Testing - Effective 4/11/2017

On April 11th the Clinical Labs will be switching to a new hematology platform. Ordering in IHIS will not change, however the lab labels will have new  test codes.  Label codes will vary by location.  We want staff to be aware of this change...

Effective 10-1-2016, the Critical Care Laboratory will change its test method for anti-Cardiolipin (aCL) IgG and IgM.  Beta-2 Glycoprotein 1 (β2GP1) IgG and IgM as well as β2GP1- Domain 1 testing will be performed in the Critical Care Lab.

The Clinical and Anatomic Pathology Laboratories underwent successful CAP and AABB inspections last month. Documentation for reaccrediation will be recieved in the summer.  ​
